Slightly OT here, but why are they calling it “X-Men 1.5”? If it’s the same cut of the film, then it’s really just a special edition DVD. At first I assumed that they were drastically recutting the film or something; that’s the only thing that would justify the “1.5” label in my view. As it is it’s just confusing.

It was originally planned that they would have a recut including scenes filmed during the shooting of X-Men 2 to make them fit together better. I don’t know when or why this was changed. Now it’s just a 2 DVD special edition with a bunch of extras dedicated to the sequel.
