As mentioned in the SII thread would love to hear a comparitive review of the Richard Donner version of what this story could have been.
The use of “computer technical” language in this film was really bad. It does however reveal a lot of the misconceptions form the 80’s on how computers worked. Think the Matthew Broderick movie Wargames. Wargames was better than most but still movie and TV people really didn’t understand or want to understand the computing world.
