Bleeding Cool has a disappointing update to the story of the lost Doctor Who available here. There’s still some hope out there, but not as much as we had last week.

This is a disappointment for sure. But till we are shown actual footage, I treat all information related to the lost stories as suspect.
This particular rumour never did pass the “too good to be true” smell test so I really hadn’t had much hope myself. Of course, it would be really cool if it turns out to actually be true, and apparently not just for Doctor Who, but again, now the rumours are even more “too good to be true”.

All we can do is wait and hope…
I’d like to see these film cans and maybe some footage clips, even if they haven’t been restored yet.
