  1. Two notes:

    First, The Invasion is 8 parts, not 4. Just FYI.

    Second, as another user whose name escapes me noted previously (before the rollback): presumably, the cyberment that had already come to be in the classic series (in our universe) are still floating around, independently of the cybermen from the other universe. Thus, there is no particular conflict in the backstories and it is likely that appearances of the cybermen not directly tied to the parallel universe arc are, in fact, the originals.
