  1. Who/what is Chris
I think the events of last night suggest that Chris is not Wyatt…

If Chris were Wyatt, then wouldn’t he have disappeared too?

Not if he had grown up and managed to escape from the “Cleaners”. He is supposed to have great powers so he might be able to do it where others had failed.

Well, if he is truly from the future, then he would have known the girls would come through and get Wyatt back, so the future him wouldn’t have disappeared. I think? He did change history and all when they re-lived the day.

Regardless, I am having more and more doubts that my theory is correct. He definitely has some sort of ulterior motive, or so the writers want us to think. Something’s fishy.

The continuity of this episode is a little suspect anyhow, particularly with Chris: Absolutely nothing changed around him, yet apparently after he wasn’t drinking beer and didn’t bed the witch Leo assigned him. I did think it was a pretty clever bit to have Wyatt make the dragon real, and Piper’s solution to getting rid of it.

Controlling those childish impulses is going to be “challenging”. They really ought to use that potion or spell that was used on them to bottle up their powers until he’s old enough to control them, but he’s so powerful, that might not work.

The season is getting off to an interesting start in a fresh direction…

Can you bind the powers of a part white-lighter? He’s awfully powerful. Besides, they might need him, judging from how he vanquished that dragon.

Good questions, but remember where the dragon came from in the first place…they wouldn’t have needed to vanquish it if it hadn’t been conjured in the first place. But I agree, I’m not sure it would be consistent for them to be able to bind his powers. It wouldn’t at all surprise me if a near future episode had them try with much anguish and fail.

Something big did change. Remember when Leo asked Chris why he was there (when he caught him drinking and beding) and Chris responded that he didn’t know. The second time when Leo pops in Chris explains that he has one reason for being there and that is Wyat.
