  1. Avengers/JLA #2, actually
I didn’t even notice this until I saw your mention of the title, but it’s actually Avengers/JLA #2. So, I went back and checked issue #1 – and that’s JLA/Avengers #1. Guess they’re all about equal billing, top to bottom.

The issue itself is excellent – did you have a review planned?.

(EXTREMELY TINY SPOILER) Not to give much away, but it seems Superman has been watching Spinal Tap a little too much.

we caught a lot of heat for doing individual comic reviews.
so we don’t do that anymore.

As Hitch mentioned, the non-comic readers were irritated with the
volume of comic reviews. The four issue series will get a review when
completed. In general, we review complete story arcs, first issues of a
new series, and first issues of an old series with a new creative team.
The stuff I have on tap can be checked here, and
      requests can be sent here.

        Even some comic readers…
        : )

  2. New Stuff to Me

The JLA/Avengers book was much better this week, but it’s a fairly slow week for me otherwise, so I’m looking into some books that are recommendations or have otherwise recently caught my interest.

Planetary, Transmetropolitan, and The Invisibles are all on the list, but I haven’t finished reading half of what I picked up.
