Finally, the picks of the week. Blaine says, “for initial releases, I’d go with Weekend at Bernie’s on Blu-Ray. For rereleases, I’d go with Rear Window. The entirety of Veronica Mars is on my ‘must watch’ list.” Alex says, “get any of the Godzilla movies in preparation for the new film this coming weekend.”
Not surprised to see so many Godzilla titles out. These ones aren’t the big lizard’s best moments but, if you’re a fan of daikaiju, they’re worth a look.
If you haven’t seen American Graffiti yet, it’s a great pick. Dazed and Confused, its unofficial successor, and Rear Window also qualify as top picks.
American Graffiti is definitely a Must Watch, if you’re into movies at all.
That Jackie Chan collection is not bad, if you want to get into Jackie Chan movies and don’t have any yet. Definitely worth it for the price. Worth it for the Police Story movies if nothing else.

I just noticed your comment. The “classic 39” refers to the series because of the 100+ sketches that appeared on Gleason’s variety show and on two other shows, and later reunion tv movies. Most, but not all, of these have been released, and many fans seek some kind of complete set.
