Anyone here watch it and know how horrible it was?
You know, I’m not a huge fan of the original, but apparently, this isn’t a remake: it’s about the son from the original movie taking his family on a road trip. The film has a 26% rating at Rotten Tomatoes, if that’s any indication.
Remake, completely unoriginal idea, same thing.
And Christina Applegateis in it??? Dammit, Christina! I thought you were the one person who would never hurt me!!!
The standard turnaround time from theatrical release to home video these days is 17 weeks. Vacation made it in 11. What more is there to say?
It’s also not even showing up on various maritime-themed sites, and THAT should say something.
