I’ll hold out
I’ll hold out for Super Turbo Dragon edition…
Oh who am I kidding, I’ll buy every version they release!
Re: I’ll hold out
I’m happy to say that I haven’t bought any of the LOTR movies on disc – they’re just awful films.
Okay, that was a lie. They’re amazing. I just decided long ago not to touch any of the releases until all three were available in their extended forms. After all, I know that I like the movies as they were released in theaters, I know that I like the books, so why bother with anything but the longest version I can get?
I will admit that it’s been hard. I’ve broken into a cold sweat every time I’ve walked the DVD aisle and seen the first two movies just sitting there, begging me to buy them. Fortunately, the cure for my anxiety will be here in time for Christmas. :)
Re: I’ll hold out
Why, you’re nearly as mad as me. I’ve held out even seeing any of them until I can get hold of the extended editions.
Re: I’ll hold out
There’s something to be said for seing epic films with grandiose battles and
panoramic landscapes on a big screen…
I’m waiting for the LOTR extended edition official catether…
Re: I’ll hold out
I think you should all hold out until the Hobbit is filmed and released as well :) In the mean time I’ll just settle for the extended editions.
Mine! Gimme!
I want it NOW!! Going to have to watch the first two extended editions to help alleviate the craving.
