DC Television Week Off Discussion

The DC shows took the week off, except for Lucifer, who’s adventures in a Cinnabon continue.

Lucifer – S03E10 – The Sin Bin – With the Sinnerman in custody, Lucifer is prepared to go to any length to get his devil face back.     • I was on the fence a bit, but definitely leaning more in that direction. Totally didn’t see the Cain & Abel thing coming until after the raise though, which also pretty much cleared up any doubt over who was who (and killed who). With hindsight though, there really were quite a lot of subtle clues that I kind of registered but didn’t connect the dots on. Nicely done.

    • I think Lucifer was starting to wonder if he was right or not by the time the raising happened.

      The reveal does explain quite a few things, though, and raises a *lot* of new questions. This is a good thing. I do wonder how they’re going to subvert everyone’s expectations, though I have to admit to not having any particular expectations since I don’t have more than a passing familiairity with the particular source myths.

      As a side note, I do wonder how much longer Chloe is going to make it before actually believing. That is, before something happens that makes it impossible for her not to believe. Then again, I’m not sure if the change in dynamics that would come with it would be a good thing. I mean, the fun that can be had when she’s the only one in the room who doesn’t know.
