B5 Rangers Cast Announced

The cast for “Legend Of The Rangers” has been announced. The fan favorite that JMS has been promising us is Andreas Katsulas (G’Kar). For the complete rundown, hit Sci-Fi Storm.

  1. Sweeeeet! :)
Oh, baby. I’d heard about the existence of this show, but actually seeing a cast list makes it seem so much more real.

    :)

  2. This sounds SOOOOOO COOL! :-)
The Legend of the Rangers sounds like the best thing to come to TV since B5 itself.
Crusade was (and this is being generous) disappointing and a good series based around the Rangers would really restore my faith in the genius of JMS.

In all honesty, Crusade had a LOT of potential. TNT emasculated it, re-arranged the episodes, and generally didn’t make life fun for JMS.
If, say, the Sci-Fi Channel had been able to pick up “Crusade,” it would likely still be on today, and would likely have been a lot better. JMS was still working on establishing characters and the show’s story arc when it got canned by TNT.

Yeah, I’d go along with that. The networks and the people see things very differently and if they had let JMS have his way things would have been so much better for everyone involved.
