  1. If you enjoy this book, I highly recommend The Other Log Of Phileas Fogg by Philip José Farmer. It presents an… alternate version of the story.

      • Yeah. In Farmer’s version, the trip around the world wasn’t an impromptu bet, but rather Phileas J. Fogg, being part of a secret society, embarking on a mission to protect the world using the trip around the world as a cover.

        Farmer’s version tells of all the stuff happening behind the scenes.
