Finally, the picks of the week. Alex says, “Astra: Lost in Space is my pick of the week – it’s a really good science fiction series that takes some older concepts, and freshens them up for the present day.” Blaine says, “I would go with Doctor Who: Tom Baker Complete Season Three, which should include The Face of Evil, The Robots of Death, The Talons of Weng-Chiang, Horror of Fang Rock, The Invisible Enemy (introducing K9), Image of the Fendahl, and The Sun Makers.”

  1. Deathstroke looked pretty good. Then again, DCAU has had more hits than misses, so it’s a safe-ish bet.

Glengarry Glen Ross is one of those movies that actors love to watch as it pits a young, sharp Alec Baldwin against an always impressive Jack Lemmon. If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend it. If for no other reason than to know why “coffee is for closers.”
