So if Star Trek: Discovery was so terrifying, who could possibly show up to give it competition for our screen time? The Mandalorian, of course.  Sure, we have some animation, with Spider-Man and his Big Hero 6 buddies from Marvel, their Disney buddies of DuckTales, and that quiet caveman on Primal, but the big action is obviously in live action (or at least in CGI.)

Marvel’s Spider-Man – S03E06 – Maximum Venom – When Spider-Man and his allies attempt to track down the missing and dangerous Lizard, they discover that Venom has returned to seek revenge on the earth.

DuckTales – S03E13 – Escape from the ImpossiBin! – With F.O.W.L. at their heels, Scrooge tests out the Money Bin’s new security system on Louie and Della, while Beakley and Webby train the others for an enemy attack.

Big Hero 6: The Series – S03E08 – Cobra and Mongoose – After Fred is attacked by mechanical cobras, he learns that they were actually sent after Heathcliff.

Star Trek: Discovery – S03E03 – People of Earth – Reunited with Burnham, Discovery heads to Earth to find out what has happened to the Federation in the last thousand years.
