Trivia. Geeky Trivia.
The new movie has been delayed, again, so here we are trying to ease the pain a little. From Sean Connery to Daniel Craig, James Bond has had a wild ride that (hopefully) won’t end any time soon.

I wonder, do I know Bond?
Dorky – 4 points, 4 correct – Wrong henchman.
Geeky – 4 points, 2 correct – Now he’s correct! Also, the Bond Girl name I come up with was not in Bond, but Austin Powers.
Nerdy – 6 points, 2 correct – I had the wrong actors, but you asked for the number, so I still get that one!
Score: 14

G – 7 out of 10
N – Hit a wall, only got 4 of 10

Round One: 9
Round Two:6 (12)
Round Three: 3 (9)
However, one of your questions is ambiguous. The first Bond movie to hit the big screen was, indeed, the one you identify. However an adaptation of Casino Royale appeared on American TV in 1954. Depending on one’s definition, that is the first Bond film.
7, 8, 6, for a total score of 41.
I either should have gotten one more in the first round to hit 42, or completely blown the first two rounds and gotten one more in the last round to end up with 0, 0, 7.
Obligatory to link to one of the blogs discussing this now-defunct Canadian church and using the photo I took of it in the late 80s and posted online in the late 90s.
License to preach, apparently.
The story is here.
