Bureau’s Breakroom’s Television Table – Week beginning 2021 May 2

After last week’s Dearth, Comic-shows make a surge this week as the Legends of Tomorrow return with their season premier, as this season’s collection of baddies is introduced.  Batwoman debates coming out.  Black Lightning and his family open a new chapter after the disastrous end of last week.  The Flash goes to court, fighting against real consequences for their actions.  Supergirl has the second half of our trip to the past for Prom.  (Personally, I think they may be trying for a second attempt at a backdoor pilot to a Young Supergirl series.)  Across the pond, we have non-comic based Nevers, who use last week’s murder to advance their plans, while the Midwives don’t tell us what they are up to.  Zoey’s stop listening to her playlist to go on a double date.  The Handmaidens do a body good.  On the Blacklist, Liz and her Taskforce work on finding N-13.

  1. Legends of Tomorrow is the most Comic Book of the comic book shows. They have time travel, future tech, magic, and aliens, now. And it’s fun.
