Bureau’s Breakroom’s Television Table – Week beginning 2021 August 15

Are you Definitely Caught up from last week?  This week is a tad bit lighter, but not by much.  First, the Legends stay in for a bottle episode, Stargirl actually uses a character named Richard Switft, Superman and Lois confront their worst nightmare, and the Titans meet Blackfire.  If you prefer to visit the MCU, you’ll have to take a detour into the universe where T’Challa is Star Lord.  In Riverdale, Hiram exposites all over Reggie.  Star Trek’s Lower Decks speak in metaphors.  SurrealEstate counts down from six as house guests are murdered.

[All synopses (and titles) from Trakt.tv below the cut, except when there really aren’t any. (If a show’s synopsis is a spoiler to you, do not click Continue reading →)]

  1. I left my Superman comments on the Superman article, but What If was impressive. I did not expect… well, most of it. I didn’t expect them to get Chadwick Boseman, either.

I am not sure how a non-Marvel Fanboy would enjoy it, but the only thing more I could ask for would be more of the original voices.

  2. I’ve been busy, so I didn’t get to see last week’s SurrealEstate untll this week. I’ll post a double-review on Saturday or Sunday.

Will anyone be reviewing What If…?? I intend to see at least a few episodes, but I don’t know when.
