Yeah, this was neat to check out a few episodes and see how the DNA ended up in “Cheers”, but I think I’ve learned two major things with this.
1) I need to listen to all of the episodes before choosing the show, not just a random sample.
2) I should try to choose series with fewer remaining episodes so we have more variety.
When this series wraps up, I will probably do “Pat Novak For Hire”, a great Jack Webb series with just over 20 episodes still surviving. The extremely purple prose that is the stereotype of film noir is ALL OVER this series.
