Finally, the picks of the week. Alex says, “If you have a way to play 4K disks, then Streets of Fire is my pick for UHD. Otherwise, I’m going with the Criterion Collection release of Last Hurrah for Chivalry – it’s an excellent part of John Woo’s filmography.” Blaine says, “I strongly recommend Chungking Express.”

  1. I love Streets of Fire. It’s … well, it’s not…. ..

The music is great, and the concept could have worked…

…but I still love it. And there’s Rick Moranis hiding in there.

  2. NGL, I’m going to watch Cocaine Bear. I have a weakness for Horror Comedy and this one screams “too stupid to miss.”

Plus, having gone to school with Keri Russell, I tend to watch whatever she’s in.
