According to IGN, you shouldn’t rush out of X3 as soon as the credits roll. Stay put for an extra scene that acts as a coda for one of the characters.

"Secret" Thanks for the tip. Is secret really the right word here? Maybe it should be called an epilogue scene, or a postlude scene. A secret is something hidden and kept secret, but I don’t think their intent is for secrecy, but rather to get you to watch some of the credits and/or have a little fun.
Re: "Secret" You know I vacilated for about 5 minutes and finally settled on "secret" lacking anything better. Maybe "surprise" would have been more apt. Who knows, maybe "secret" will draw more eyes to the article. Muhahahahaaaa! Ahem.

Everyone thinks I’m weird because I always sit through — and read! — the entire credits when I see a movie in the theatre. I really don’t know why I do it, but a little part of my brain says that it’s out of respect for the people who contributed their time and efforts to my entertainment.
Or maybe I’m just a freak.

I always sit through and read the credits, often because I actually want to know who worked on things. (It’s really fun when you read the credits from 10-15 years ago, and see which former editors and DPs are now directors and writers.)
Of course, I am called a freak often, and I never argue…

I watch the movies I like to the end. So, I often watch credits, but not for romatic comedies and the like.
stop telling people! I like being alone in a theatre watching a scene no one else saw. Now there’s gonna be a bunch of people sticking around, talking, who should be standing in line at the restroom while I sit comfortably and enjoy myself.

good luck the last two times i’ve known there was something extra at the end of the credits and i stuck arround to see it, the projectionist stoped the reel before the credits even finished.
The bastards don’t care if you’re mad … they’ve already got your money. they just want to get the film cued up for the next audience ASAP so they can take a longer smoke break.
