How stupid are these people?!? If you’re going to cheat, at least don’t be obvious about it! Or going up to someone yelling for all to hear about superpowers and expecting them to want to have anything to do with you? Or giving up as a wild goose chase something that there is clearly something to? The only believable plotline this week was the cheerleader’s handling of her situation.

I found the Japanese guys’ general ineptitude fitting for their characters. Given the ending, Hiro, at the very least, is in for a major transformation of character. But, yeah, you’re right. How stupid was that?

Pretty cool, actually; but only after he becomes the Pizza Deliverator.

        Erm, yeah!

How stupid were the casino workers? Weird Asian dude keeps looking like he’s taking a major dump just before his friend wins. Nothing suspicious at all here.

  2. Hiro Protagonist
Holy crap. Was anyone else thinking, "man I can’t friggen wait for them to start using crazy Hiro instead of the current one"?

  3. Hiro’s message
Some guesses on what it might be:

"Yes, he killed Blake and half New York. Excuse me, I’m informing Laurie ninety seconds ago."

    "… betrayed… by one of our own… should never have trusted… we didn’t expect… "

    "Where is Sarah Connor?"

"Silence Earthling! My name is Darth Vader. I am an extraterrestrial from the planet Vulcan!"

"Time is an illusion. Lunchtime doubly so."

"If you go to Z’ha’dum, you will die."

    • Re: Hiro’s message
Props for those (though I didn’t recognize the first). What about "Ziggy says you have a 20% chance of success and falling."

Also, does anyone see any of Rising Star‘s Critical Maas in Ali Larter’s character?

Sure, it isn’t Battlestar, but what on television is? Its a good show, it started off interesting and has gotten better and better. I find myself actually looking forward to it each week. Oh, and yea, future Hiro was bad ass. He is my favorite character (was before this) on the show.

  5. It feels like learning to drive a stick shift….
It’s moved forward a little, it’s stalled a few times, but it seems to be moving along smoothly and picking up speed. If all the scenes shown in the teaser for next week are actually a part of the episode, it looks very promising.
