It’s a lackluster week all around. Once again, you should probably be spending Tuesday lined up for a movie, probably Transformers.

Finally, the pick of the week. Once again, there’s nothing spectacular here that I’ve seen, though I keep hearing good things about Slings and Arrows. I’d hold off for the new Film Noir, Popeye, Babylon 5, and other such material due near the month’s end.

Did anyone ever watch that without meaning to watch the Real Ghostbusters instead?
I always felt cheated.

In all fairness, the Filmation version is a sequel to the 70s live-action Ghostbusters which predates The Real Ghostbusters, hence their use of the title.
I never watched either cartoon, but I did see a few issues of the 70s show.
