  1. As Capt Reynolds Would Say…
Huh. Sarah Connors overlaps with Joss’ Dollhouse. Are those running consecutively as fall / spring series or concurrently on alternating weeks? And is B42 gonna review Dollhouse? Is that really SF or just Nikita with amnesia?

      D’oh. Sorry I didn’t RTFM, I see now Dollhouse is a 2009 pickup…

We haven’t discussed that yet, but I’m sure at least the pilot will get a review. I’d like to review them all, but it depends on my work schedule, which gets pretty hairy at times.

  2. Lost?
Did I miss something? Is Lost not airing at all next season, not even as a midseason replacement?

I guess the repercussions of the writer’s strike are still with us. The current season wraps up in a couple of weeks with a double bill, then we’re waiting until an as yet unspecified timeslot next year by the looks of things.

      • Re: Lost?
They cancelled Cavemen? Yeah, no one saw that coming.

In non-genre news, the second season of the excellent Mad Men starts in July.

  3. Reaper?
Reaper isn’t on the schedule and isn’t in the cancellation list. I know it was on the bubble last I heard. Anyone know anything more?

It was officially renewed, but the time slot has not been announced.

  4. The Big Band Theory
The Big Band Theory? I can see it now: Benny Goodman and Glenn Miller share an apartment and one has a crush on their new next door neighbor.

      Typo corrected.

  5. Disappointed on Monday
So, with my DirecTV DVR I get to choose which two of the three shows I will choose.

Chuck, Big Bang/How I Met your Mother, or Terminator/Doll House

Since my wife enjoys the first two, I’m pretty sure which way I’m going to go.

I really hate it when networks do that. There are clearly overlapping interests on those shows, and other nights that people would not watch show A but would watch show B.

Yep, Monday nights our second DVR will have to kick in and we’ll be forced to watch something on the little TV in the bedroom, most likely HIMYM.

This year and last year it was Thursday; the 9:00 hour was triple-booked (Supernatural, Grey’s Anatomy, Scrubs.. Scrubs got delegated to the bedroom.)
