The third outing for Fraser and company sends them to China and up against a mummified Jet Li. It couldn’t break The Dark Knight’s hold on the box office, but what did you think? Good times? Or time to let The Mummy rest in peace?

To the producers:
It’s okay, you don’t have to crowbar a Mummy into each movie, we’ll go see an adventure movie based on the same characters with a different name. Chinese archeology is just as interesting as Mayan and Egyptian. Just make your movie, and put some major ‘After the Mummy…’ line in the trailer, and everyone will understand.
Re: To the producers:
Raiders of the Lost Ark II: The Temple of the Ark of Doom
Raiders of the Lost Ark III: The Ark and the Grail
Raiders III: The Arc of a Nuked Fridge.
But is it any good? The reviews have not been too kind.
Re: To the producers:
Ouch. At least Roger Ebert liked it.
Re: To the producers:
Well, RottenTomatoes says the other 2 mummy movies are less than 50%. This one will probably fall into the category of "I need something to do on a Saturday and it’s playing at the cheap theater" category. :)
