  1. Wonder Woman
I’ve been watching season one of the animated Justice League TV show and was surprised to find that Wonder Woman can fly (no glass plane in sight). Does she have this ability in the comics as well?

In some incarnations, including the current one. Back in the 1930s and 1940s, DC was a lot more stringent on the use of superhuman abilities, so most of their heroes were little more than very athletic humans. Superman was bulletproof at the time, but he couldn’t fly either. Wonder Woman was given a plane instead. I haven’t read many of her comics, but it seems this incarnation lasted at least until she lost all superhuman abilities in the 1970s, and seems to have gained natural flight powers post-Crisis (in Infinite Earths.) Since I’ve read little more than "Wonder Woman: The Greatest Stories Ever Told," some of the "Showcase Presents Brave and the Bold" and various incarnations of "Justice League of America" with her, I could easily be wrong about the exact timeframes.

Do you mean the original Crisis from back in the ’80s?

And Green Lantern (John Stewart) appears to have lost his vulnerability to the color yellow–is this also in the current comics?

          Yes, I mean that Crisis.

The loss of vulnerability to yellow used to be unique to Kyle Rayner since his origin, but has spread to the rest of the Corps with the excellent "Green Lantern: Rebirth" from a few years back. I highly recommend that and all Geoff Johns’ GL work since then.

  2. Only pick for me
The only thing not on this list that particularly caught my eye for this week is Knights of the Dinner Table #142. But that’s about it.
