X-Files: Fight The Future
Finally, the pick of the week. I’m going with The
X-Files: I Want To Believe. It plays out like an
above average episode, and underperformed at the box
office because it came out the week after Dark
Knight and got crushed in comparison. Now it’s
hitting home video the week before Dark
Knight, giving it a chance to start out strong
but then get rocked in subsequent weeks.
Blanks
A bunch of the titles have an embedded blank after the fifth letter.
Re: Blanks
More on this. In the HTML source there are line breaks after the 54th character of each line in the list. The newline is displayed as a space character by the browser.
Re: Blanks
Thanks; I should have checked more closely after posting. It’s the first time I tried posting through Google Chrome instead of Mozilla Firefox. The multiple tab deal with Amazon.com (one tab per title) works better when I’m writing the list, but it looks like Firefox does a more natural line wrap when posting. I’ll have to remember that.
The Day The Earth Stood Still (Two Disc Edition)
Anyone know the difference between The Day The Earth Stood Still, released a couple years ago, and sadly in the discount bin, and the new edition?
