Fringe Discussion: “Safe”

A bank robber gets embedded in a wall, and the Fringe Force recognize that, once again, Walter’s research fits the pattern.

  1. Walter’s Science
At least they were not using his science to carry out the robberies, though I have to wonder what the implications will be of the device they used to retrieve that guy from Germany.

  2. Memories
Did anybody else find it weird that nobody really batted an eye when Olivia started acting like Mark Scott’s memories were really her’s? Walter made an off-hand comment but it kind of just faded away

Also, was her kidnapping a way of getting around killing her off outright and showcasing some of the better actors? I’d really like to see a showdown between Broyles and Sharp sometimes.

  3. Safe
    Two side notes:

    – It’s not entirely fair to complain about Walter’s previous research and all the cases; Olivia’s team is about the pattern, she pulled Walter out of the mental institution because he’s connected with the pattern. Complaining about Walter sounds a little like "hey, that dude Fox Mulder always gets weird cases, and he seems to always knows what’s going on". Yeah, Team Stiff Blonde probably can have a case where nobody knows anything, but somehow I think they’ll have even less viewers ;)

    – Speaking of the stiff blonde – for just a moment, in the bar, Anna Torv was relaxed, she acted like a real person and she show some emotions! Maybe that Whiskey shots was real?

Heh, i find it very odd that some people think she is stiff and unnatural, i find her very natural.
