Though it’s a hundred different pages, you can click through them quickly. And you can jump right to #1 and traverse the list backwards. I guessed the top 4, although the order was different.” So, who’s missing? Who never should have been there in the first place?
I’m surprised that Norman Osbourne didn’t make the top ten (and as near as I can tell from their write up, so is IGN).
I’m more surprised that Lex isn’t number one, and I think perhaps they’re ranking the top three based on movies rather than comics.
I thought the Joker would be #1, especially with his popularity in the movies.
Their rationale for each ranking seems a bit wonky. I think with a lot of these lists, someone just wants to do a story about the topic, but the editors/publishers require they arrange it in list form.
