You know perfectly well that they always send TWO RED SHIRTS down to the planet!
Sounds Boring
It doesn’t sound very interesting. The old “follow a crewmember” story amongst others. But maybe it doesn’t have to be interesting. They’ll get their 9-15% for Wednesday and that’ll be that. One bright spot is the pre-prime directive stuff, but they’ve already brought it up and it’s not like there’s a war coming to add suspense! It seems like they’re trying to do the pre-arc to an arc that was really only interesting in the “now”. I don’t mean to be down on this new Trek incarnation, but it’s just not very interesting.
