Red Letter media gave us feature-length rants explaining why the Star Wars prequels failed. Now, “Jambe Davdar” has collected hundreds of hours of archival footage, interviews, and outtakes and created incredible, feature-length documentaries showing how the originals were made and why so many things succeeded.
These take time, but they really prove worthwhile. I wish Lucas had watched something like these before he made his journey to the Dark Side….

Haven’t finished yet, but totally blown away. Comments made at the time about how much it helped the actors to be in a real location (Tunisia, Death Valley) are very interesting to hear now.
