Finally, the picks of the week. Blaine says, “the only title I’ve seen on this week’s entire list is Mr. T, and I can’t strongly reccommend (or remember) it. However, The Island, Kiss Me Deadly and Prisoner of Zenda have all been must-see titles for me for a while.” Alex says, “This is a great week if you’re an anime fan. I haven’t seen the Stand Alone Complex compilation movies, so I don’t know how well they boil their respective seasons down. However, I have seen Solid State Society, and if you’re a fan of Stand Alone Complex, and haven’t picked this up yet, now’s the time. Otherwise, I completely recommend You’re Under Arrest: Season 3.”

  1. I really enjoyed The Adjustment Bureau in the theater. It’s at least worth a rental.

I’m also curious about Unknown, I’ve moved it up to the top of my queue in Blockbuster.

  2. A Scyfy original starring Tiffany and Debbie Gibson, and a package of Roger Corman Women-in-Prison exploitation flicks? Wow, this week really…. sucks, I guess.
