Finally, the picks of the week. Blaine says, “pick up the Monty Python or Pixar products if you must. July home video releases tend to be weak so as not to complete with the theatrical product.” Alex says, “Two Word – Das Boot. That is, in short, the best submarine movie ever, and anyone who says otherwise is lying.”
I like how the Monty Python collection contains a non-Monty Python movie.

Weird. I have exactly this set, right down to the graphics, from about two or three years ago. Is this a rerelease???
Yes, it’s a rerelease, but I listed it anyway because it’s a good one. I haven’t watched all three from my copy of the set, actually. It was rebranded, though, as my copy isn’t called a Monty Python box set, and is instead called “And Now For Something Completely Hilarious.” They may have rebranded and rereleased for the marketing power of the Python name, which was probably left off the first time because of that third movie…
