Comic Review – “New X-Men Vol. 2: Imperial”
Grant Morrison’s next batch of issues is also readily
available, along with five other collections of his
work on the New X-Men title. Note that the
title on the stands now labelled New X-Men
is actually the continuation of the New
Mutants title, and not this title. This title
has two continuations, in a way. The numbering
continues on the adjectiveless X-Men, while
the story and team roster continues in Joss Whedon’s
Astonishing X-Men.

“The Village” Discussion
M. Knight Shyamalan made another movie. I suspect his work will end up like Philip K. Dick’s work does for me; most of the early twist endings catch me off guard, but after a while, I get to know the creator well enough to predict the twists. Fortunately, so far, the ride to the twist is still entertaining enough to keep me involved. What do you folk think?

JMS announced that he’d turned in his last three scripts to Rising Stars some time ago. Now, Top Cow has officially announced the publication dates of those last three issues. You can find the details, including the location of an eight page preview, in this Newsarama article.
