Well folks, it’s official. After 98 episodes, Star Trek: Enterprise is done. Sci-Fi.com has a little more informtion as does StarTrek.com. The series finale will air May 13th (yep, Friday the 13th).

Starwars.com has revealed the opening crawl for the final Star Wars movie.

Decisions, Decisions…
While Enterprise returns tonight with a new episode, it seems like the majority of genre fans may be tuning in to Battlestar Galactica’s “premiere.”
Coupled with Sci-Fi channel’s already strong Friday lineup, could this spell the end for Trek’s current incarnation? Ironic I suppose. First three years had little-to-no genre competition and the show stunk. Now it gets better and may be crushed by competition.
Or maybe I’m overstating Sci-Fi channel’s influence?

Star Trek XI Shelved?
Various online rumors abound, but Trek Today seems to have it all consolidated in one place. The rumors state that Paramount is unhappy with the direction the story is going and want it reworked. Meanwhile most fans don’t seem interested in the film at all…
I guess, if it keeps the wonder twins away from Enterprise, we can’t really complain. The show returns Friday, January 14th.
Rowling Finishes “Half-Blood Prince”
Sci-Fi Storm beat us to the punch, but it’s official from CNN.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be out in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa on July 16th, 2005.
Amazon.com and Amazon.ca have it listed, but are not yet taking pre-orders.
