The complete list is in the usual spot. I’ll be out of town for the next couple of weeks. I should still be able to review “Smallville” tonight or tomorrow, and I’ll continue posting these discussion columns for DVDs and comics, but it’ll be a couple of weeks before I can get to another comic review.
DC Comics
- 52 WEEK #37
- BIRDS OF PREY #102
- GREEN LANTERN #16
- HELMET OF FATE DETECTIVE CHIMP #1
- SANDMAN MYSTERY THEATRE SLEEP OF REASON #2 (OF 5)
- Y THE LAST MAN #53
D.E. Comics
- BATTLESTAR GALACTICA #5
- CLASSIC BATTLESTAR GALACTICA #3
Marvel Comics
- CABLE DEADPOOL #36 – The second volume TPB also gets reprinted this week. I love this series; it’s easily the funniest comic I’ve run across lately.
- ESSENTIAL X-FACTOR VOL 2
- EXILES #90
- FANTASTIC FOUR #542 – Dwayne McDuffie takes over the writing chores to wrap up the Civil War. This is the most plausible argument for Reed’s support of the Superhuman Registration Act presented so far.
- SENSATIONAL SPIDER-MAN #34
- SPIDER-MAN REIGN #2
- ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #104
- ULTIMATE X-MEN #78
Comics/DVD Posts
Even though they may not get a lot of comments, I religiously read the weekly comic/DVD posts. I use the comics post to determine when I go to the store to buy my Star Wars comics. And I use the DVD posts to figure out which new DVDs I’ll request from the Denver library. Because you do the post each week, I never miss any new releases. These are useful articles, and it would be my loss if you ever skipped a week.

It will be a few weeks until I post another 52 review, but for those of you half-following the series or following it through the reviews here, #37 finally reveals the identity of Supernova, and we’re reminded once again that death rarely takes in comic books.
