Habitable Planet?

It’s a little large and orbits a dwarf star, but this recently-detected extrasolar planet falls in the Goldilocks Zone and may be inhabitable

Also, Cosmic ForcesTM may play a role in the rise and fall of species here on earth, and the Evil Mr. Burns’ Sun-blocking Machine may buy us some time against the forces of global warming
