Comments Blaine: Before you see the $225 MSRP and freak out, I’d like to point out that this is a 25 film collection.

Finally, the picks of the week. Alex says, “I really enjoyed Elysium. While the film’s message was hamfisted and it’s worldbuilding had issues, I did enjoy the film, and I appreciate that it at least did try to say something, even if it said it poorly. I’d rather a SF film be ambitious in its goals but fail to achive them, than to not even try.” Blaine says, “of this bunch, I’d go with Breaking Bad by reputation alone. I was waiting for it to show up in its entirety on Netflix before watching it myself. Of the movies I’ve seen, there aren’t any I can strongly recommend.”
