Man, do I wish we got Future Shop referalls. Right now, Future Shop in Canada has reduced prices on several first seasons of Fox shows. Buffy’s first season is on for $17.99 Canadian, for example. Other discounted shows include 24 ($28.99), Futurama ($19.99), Family Guy ($22.99), The Simpsons ($15.99), and so forth. These are Canadian funds, so you can head over to this currency converter to see what that is in your native dollar. Nevertheless, it’s cheap, and it’s not just at this online store, but at the physical stores as well.

Me! Although they’re all region 1s I suppose, which is a pain when one lives in region 2. Not insurmountable, but a pain nonetheless.
No big disaster though, I managed to get my hands on seasons five, six and seve of Buffy for just under £30 each thanks to Amazon.co.uk and play.com. Usual price? Between £70 and £80 each in shops, from £60 upwards online. 60% off isn’t to be sniffed at.

Good luck. I just got back from the location here, and
Futurama and Family Guy were already
sold out. 24, The Simpsons, and
Dark Angel were not, though. Expect a Dark
Angel review at some point. Also, Challenge of
the Super Friends, but that’s at its regular price.

Not just Future Shop, still just Canada
Best Buy, which owns Future Shop, has the same prices in
effect in its Canadian locations. It has no Canadian
online store, though. Perhaps I will get
Futurama and Family Guy tonight…
