Comic Television Discussion – Week beginning 24 March 2019

This week is surprisingly light, after Black Lightning wrapped up his season last week, and a few regulars take some time off.  American Gods features one of the ravens, Supergirl lets Lex tell us where he’s been for two years, Arrow gets Laurel more involved in team, and Riverdale’s finale attacks the drug factory Farm.

Next week, The Legends of Tomorrow, Cloak and Dagger, The Tick, and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina return for new seasons. (Most of which are included below.)

[All synopses (and titles) from Trakt.tv or IMDB below the cut, except when there really aren’t any.  (If a show’s synopsis is a spoiler to you, do not click More…)]

  1. American Gods: So, we lost Scully? I never actually watched The X-Files, but she impressed me as an actor in this last season, I am sad to see her go. Though, New Media being Asian and having a weird variation on tentacle porn in the show makes perfect sense with the character, but still surprised me that they went there.

  2. Supergirl:

    • My gods, the CGI is bad this episode!
    • How’d they get to Metropolis and not alert the super cousin?
    • “Linda Lee,” nice.
    • I called the story line the first time I saw her!
