Speaking of mothers, the new ones get welcomed by new Midwives answer the Call during World Cup season.  The Legends hit an unsafe churrascaria with Amelia Earhart.  The Nevers execute their penultimate episode.  Batwoman give us classic villain games.  Zoey has a flashback episode at her therapists.  Black Lightning welcomes Painkiller to the show.  The Good Doctor deals with his soon-to-be-mother’s complications.  The Flash goes back to the Wells for help.  Supergirl’s cast each get to face their deepest fear.  On Blacklist, Red tries to visit an old friend.  If you want some disturbing animation, Netflix drops the second season of the animated sci-fi show Love, Death + Robots.

Call the Midwife – S10E04 – Episode 4 – It’s July 1966, and Britain is in the grip of World Cup fever. New pupil midwife Nancy makes quite an impact.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow – S06E02 – Meat: The Legends – With Spooner on board, Ava hopes that her special abilities will help lead them to locate the Aliens spread out on the timeline, which could ultimately lead them to Sara. The Legends soon find themselves tracking an Alien in 1950s San Bernadino and having to figure out what is making the town go on a feeding frenzy. Zari lets Behrad know she is ready to use the Totem, but Behrad isn’t ready to share it, causing tension between them. Meanwhile, after crash landing, Sara tries to figure out a plan and runs into none other than Amelia Earhart who could be her ticket home.

The Nevers – S01E05 – Hanged – [Penultimate episode] As the city buzzes with anticipation over a pending execution, Penance grapples with a moral calling at odds with Amalia’s plan. With the two women at a crossroads, the Orphans must decide whom to follow.

Batwoman – S02E13 – I’ll Give You a Clue – When Sophie must face a foe from her rookie days with The Crows, Ryan, Mary and Luke are also pulled into the villain’s game. Meanwhile, the tables turn on Alice when she finds herself in dire circumstances, and Jacob continues to revisit the past.
