Alex says, “Perfect Blue is enough of a breakthrough film, in cinema in addition to animation, that I feel confident making this my recommendation for the week.” Blaine says, “while I’ve got Perfect Blue on my list of things to see after wonderful reviews, the standouts which I have seen are The Shawshank Redemption and the Harry Potter films (though I was unimpressed by the first Fantastic Beasts to the point that I haven’t seen the second).”

  1. I’ve heard good things about the Scooby-Doo/Courage crossover and I’m a sucker for anything Scooby-related, so I’ll probably watch it.
