Bureau’s Breakroom’s Television Table – Week beginning 2021 October 17

The television table is Dominated Clearly from the comic book giant’s shows, as Y: The Last Man pass their point of no return, Stargirl gets scared to death, Supergirl is welcomed to nightmares, the Legends head to New York City, Batwoman helps a crocodile with a sore tooth, The Titans welcome new member, Logo. Hollow circle above downward arrow crossed with a curlicued horn-shaped symbol and then a short bar , and Doom Patrol go bird watching.  Elsewhere, Chapelwaite spends an emotional night with the Constable and Minister.  The future is decided for American Horror Story.  The Foundation shows us the empire meeting their rivals.  Also, Blacklist comes back for season nine with a two year time jump.

Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir – S04E16 – Simpleman – Adrien asks Marinette a favor, who can’t say no and ends up leaving her grandfather taking care of the 4 children she was taking care of to help Adrien. As Dreamer takes the lead on the search for the Dream Totem, which can vanquish they nightmare monster in National City, she realizes she needs to ask her sister Maeve for help.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow – S07E02 – The Need For Speed – While the Legends contemplate how to get to New York City, Behrad discovers Hoover has train tickets to DC and Sara and Ava come up with a plan. With Zari stuck without the internet, she is forced to take a digital detox and becomes obsessed with figuring out who blew up the Waverider. Meanwhile, Astra and Spooner have stayed behind in Texas and are dealing with the aftermath of Astra’s special spell.

Batwoman – S03E02 – Loose Tooth – When a new incarnation of Gotham’s swamp slumming Killer Croc surfaces and starts racking up a body count, the inaugural team-up of Batwoman and Alice is put to the test. But Alice isn’t the only unwanted intrusion into Ryan’s life when Jada Jet shows up at Wayne Enterprises, insisting on meeting the company’s new CEO. Luke and Mary’s relationship is strained under the weight of a secret Luke is keeping, while Sophie finds herself becoming part of Ryan’s inner circle.

  1. How many people are reading the Doom Patrol reviews? The show does a great job of ensuring the episodes are distinct chapters of the arc, but at this point, it might be better to review the remainder of the series at once, as I’ll be doing with Chapelwaite.
