Young Tiger / Fist of Fear Touch of Death
Amazon
Comments Young Tiger is an early film starring Jackie Chan. Fist of Fear, Touch of Death is a faux “documentary” (that is passed off as a documentary), featuring interview footage of Bruce Lee that is badly redubbed by someone else to present a false version of Bruce Lee’s death, which keeps getting re-released because it’s in the public domain.

Finally, the picks of the week. Alex says, “For people with UHD Blu-Ray players, the Hitchcock Collection is an easy pick. For people with nostalgia for the Rankin/Bass animated films, I’d give that a pick. On the anime front, I’m going with the new release of Mazinger Z.” Blaine says, “I agree with Alex about both the Hitchcock and Rankin/Bass collections.”

  1. I open these, but rather than read a long list of things I am mildly interested in. I skip to the “Picks of the week”. Could that part be moved to the top, maybe even above the fold?

  2. Schindler’s List is one of those movies that everyone should see at least once.

I’m not a huge fan of R&H musicals, but South Pacific is excellent with a message that is (sadly) still prescient.
