Otherwise, I’m firmly recommending the Patlabor OVA series.” Blaine says, “of the titles I’ve seen, The Hunt For Red October is probably the best. This week has a lot of other worthwhile titles, but not so good that they quite deserve a shoutout for the pick of the week though.”
I think I watched 200 Motels at some point. It’s one of those “movies” where you’re not really sure if you’ve watched it. Basically watch it if you’re into Frank Zappa.
Barbarella is one of those movies that’s… well, I just have a fondness for it for some reason. It’s cute. I don’t know that I’d say it’s good. Weren’t they going to remake it at some point?
Cadillac Man is definitely a movie with Robin Williams.
I’ve watched all four original Deathstalker movies, which is really two movies with some stuff added. Apparently there’s also a 2025 version included in this release which I am… skeptical about.
The Jackie Chan collection is great if you’re looking to get started with Jackie Chan movies. The movies included are prett… wait, Police Story 4? Why wouldn’t you include the first one? Actually this looks like a really weird collection of movies…
I remember seeing that Kiss of the Spider Woman was going to be on when I was a kid and I was pretty excited, but then very, very confused. And this one is apparently a remake… with Jennifer Lopez… I’m going to pass.
One of my problems with the 2012 Total Recall is that I can’t really root against Kate Beckinsale. And also everything else about that movie.

I remember my wife dragging me to see Showgirls in the theater and being mortified by how bad it was.
