    Yay!
Start taking out the main characters one by one.

And stop using it to promote the series. The sooner this painful sham is over with the better. I used to like Lost, but since it became obvious that they have no idea where they’re going or what they’re doing with it, it’s not been worthy to share a medium with Battlestar Galactica.

      Hi Eldhrin.

I think it’s fair to say that EVERYTHING else on TV looks poor compared to BSG, don’t you?

Having said that, I have enjoyed "Lost" since the beginning and I still do. It’s not become obvious to me that the production team has no idea where they are going. I agree that there is a lot of paint being applied to the floor, but I’m not sure yet whether they are standing in the corner.

I think that the point when we are obviously subjected to a "revelation" that flatly contradicts what has gone before, would be an appropriate point to start saying that they have no idea where they are going.

I know a lot of people are turned off by the pace of storytelling, but I’ve not seen evidence yet that the story is being made up as they go, or is inherently self-contradictory. If I get to that point, I would probably stop watching the program as so much of its value is tied up in the mystery.

    Someone major
As it is, I think they lived up to someone major dying.

But did it have to be one of my favorite characters…. He was a major character, but he could have gotten even more screen time.
