Joss Whedon’s Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog

SemperAskew writes,

“Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog” will be streamed, LIVE (that part’s not true), FREE (sadly, that part is) right on, in mid-July. Specifically:

ACT ONE (Wheee!) will go up Tuesday July 15th.

ACT TWO (OMG!) will go up Thursday July 17th.

ACT THREE (Denouement!) will go up Saturday July 19th.

All acts will stay up until midnight Sunday July 20th. Then they will vanish into the night, like a phantom (but not THE Phantom – that’s still playing. Like, everywhere.) It’s not a TV series, but that seems to be the closest genre we have to categorize it in.

  1. Site Down?
Did anyone else have problems accessing the site on the 15th? I wasn’t able to get to it. I’ll try again tonight though!

To me, that just proves that even on the ‘net, Joss Whedon is awesome.

  2. Gob? Smacked.
Why wasn’t I informed of this earlier?

    Words can’t describe the wonderfulness.

Found via the old email list. Bless them.

  3. Brilliant :)
    It’s absolutely brilliant.

    A decent superhero sendup.

  4. A Man’s Got To Do (What A Man’s Got To Do)
    And that is watch this!

"I really like the air!" + Nathan Fillion + Neil Patrick Harris + Joss Whedon = Brilliance!

And if that isn’t enough to get you to watch this, you’re probably at the wrong site.

  5. Part Deux. It gets better and better …
Ya know, I sense an off-broadway to broadway kinda thing. Whedon writes some really excellent material.
