dkichline writes, Here is an article about how Fox has picked up a full season order of J.J. Abrams’ Fringe. The network ordered the back nine episodes.
Fox for Sturgeon Bleah. So, Fox kills Firefly early but picks up this dreck for a full season. I guess they’re always doing their best to support Sturgeon’s Law.

I just couldn’t bring myself to make the Firefly post when I saw this previously, but I guess someone had to. :)
I actually thought the most recent episode was okay – not great, but okay. We’ll (I’ll?) see if they picked it up based on a combination of ratings (thanks to House, of course) and the strength of the remaining 9 episodes already in the can, or based on a combination of ratings (did I mention that House is the strongest lead-in Fox has and that Tuesday nights seem weak network-wise?) and love for Abrams.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, there are many other places in desperate need of parenthetical commentary. (Up, up and away!)
