Comments Alex: I previously reviewed this on Bureau42 , and I was overly harsh on some aspects of it at the time – the use of “Postcard Memories” still-frame images, for example, and I failed to give the series credit for its score by Susumu Hirasawa – something I pay more attention to now.

Finally, the picks of the week. Alex says, “My 4K, and general pick of the week (as the disk includes a regular Blu-Ray), without hestitation or question, is Phase IV. I consider the movie an underrated gem, and am overjoyed not only has this received a 4K release, but a release with the original ending. On the anime front, I’m going with the 1997 version of Berserk.” Blaine says, “of those I’ve seen, Star Trek: Lower Decks is my top pick. Stand and Deliver and To Die For have been on my watch list for a while.”
