  1. Just some comments on some of the questions…

    16. Is this the final season of Buffy? God, I hope so.

    Me too.

    17. Is this the final season of Angel? No.

    Me too.

    18. Is this the final season of Firefly? God, I hope not.

    So much for that.

    20. Are you spreading yourself too thinly, and is this a good thing? Yes, no, maybe.

Yes he is. Buffy would have been much better these last few years if Joss hadn’t been doing so many other things and if the show hadn’t been left in Marti Noxon’s incapable hands. And what did he spend his time on? An unfinished (so far) comic series, an unaired Buffy cartoon, an unaired Giles spinoff, and a cancelled Fox show. Great track record, Joss.

    33. Who is the most overlooked person on television? Alexis Denisof.

    Um, what?

    35. Kirk or Picard? Well, Stewart, but yes, Kirk.

    Sisko.

    43. Would you do Faith the Vampire Slayer if Eliza Dushku would commit to it? Sure.

    Mmm, Faith…

    47. For budgetary reasons, you have to do a “clip” episode of Angel. How would you make it different from the norm? It would only be the clips of Wesley falling over.

Now, that would be a show to watch, especially if Angelus was on hand to comment on all the pratfalls!

    58. Do you feel Saddam Hussein might become a better person if he watched Buffy? Couldn’t hurt. Bush could use it, too.

Just don’t show either of them Season 3; we don’t need them getting any ideas from Mayor Wilkins.

    61. What’s the best time of day. Just before Dawn.

Hmm, and that’s when Buffy was best, too. Coincidence?

    62. Will you write and direct the very last episode of Buffy? Yup.

    Better make it good, Joss.

    64. When Buffy ends, will any of the characters end up on Angel? Mebbe.

Since it looks like snarky Lilah is a goner, how about Anya?

    69. Which was your favorite Golden Girl? Bea, dude! Bea!

Betty White. Or is that too much information?

    71. What story will you never tell on Buffy, Angel, or Firefly? “Wow, smoking pot is wrong, I see that now!”

But we get a whole season of magic-addict Willow shoved down our throats? Then again, that was Marti Noxon more than Joss.

    73. How long will we have to wait for Ripper? A while.

If this ever happens, it had better be on BBC America. That’s all I’m sayin’.

    87. How many series do you think you could run at once without exploding? Actually, only 2.

    Thus the decline in Buffy.

    96. Who put the bob in the bob sh-bop? Who put the ram in the ram-a-lam-a-ding-dong? That was me, sorry.

Oh my god. Who the hell came up with these asinine questions?

Ah welcome to the Tabloid of the UK Science Fiction magazine market. An exercise is sub lowest common denominator “Titillation”. It has no class, no integrity and is just not worth reading. (As you can guess I don’t like the magazine :) ).

I mean, c’mon, who wouldn’t? Ohhhh, you mean, like make the T.V. show…. ahhh, n/m

if the show hadn’t been left in Marti Noxon’s incapable

I personally loved the questions and answers. Most interviews have sh!t questions that anyone who follows the show would know (“oh, so your character…” “Kills vampires. Yes.”). This one had some interesting questions, if a bit daffy. So, in several words: calm down, Fanboy.

Personally, my wife, my friends, and I all agree that it’s consistently gotten better over the years, and this year’s is the strongest yet. Remember one thing above all others: Joss loves to fsck with the fanboys.

      • Re: Just some comments on some of the questions…
Sure, if by “better” you mean that the dialogue has gotten less clever, the characters have become less likeable and consistently act out of character, the plots have become more ridiculous and dumbed-down, continuity has gone out the window, and the allusions and metaphors have become more heavy-handed. If that’s your criteria, then it has gotten better over the years.

  2. I only wish…
    28. Which movie would you loved to have written? Revenge of the Jedi.

I would want to see this more than anything Lucas has done with the series.

  3. I only wish part deux
    45. If you could do a crossover episode of Buffy, Angel, or Firefly with any other show, what would it be? The Simpsons.

    Homer the Vampire Slayer…. :)

      Homer the Vampire Slayer…. :)

Nope…Lisa the Vampire Slayer. Remember, Slayers are girls… Little did we know that Moe is a Watcher ;)
