  1. Too much money on DVSs…
I don’t know about all of you, but I’ve been spending FAR too much money on DVDs.

Of course I have to own all of B5, and with Firefly and so on.

It’s becoming a more expensive habit then cocaine!

Yes, but with DVD’s you don’t have to watch out for the cops and you don’t have friends with their interventions.

It’s Christmas! It shouldn’t be your money, it should be everyone elses.

But your right, Firefly, B5, futurama, The Tick animated series
(if they ever release it), Simpsons, Angel, Buffy, and others. It does start
to add up, and you’ve got to make choices.

Good news, since the DVD Forum has settled on a format for HD-DVDs you’re gonna have to buy all of your movies all over again if you want them in HDTV quality.

    • Re: What the?

      No Legend of the Rangers?

      What’s the story there?

Ugh, Legend of the Rangers was the most awful B5 movie I’ve ever seen. With the exception of G’Kar, the acting was horrible (especially that weapons woman). And what’s this introducing some Big Evil Force ™ into the story arc of B5 like it was tacked on? It kind of breaks the whole consistency of B5. Ok, rant mode off.

I think the ‘Big Evil Force’ was inserted because the Shadows and the Vorlons had left the galaxy for the rim, so there was a bit of a power vacuum left. Also, as we’d learned in 3rd Space, the Vorlons had left a lot of messes behind for us curious humans to find so why not?
